This place is an absolute paradise! The infinity pool was jaw-dropping, and the private beach was perfect for relaxation. My family felt pampered with the butler service, especially with our amazing butler. We celebrated my mom's birthday there, and everything was made extra special!

Breakfast, waitress ask us to wait, we wait about 5mins, one couple just coming already serve them, but we still waiting outside. Finally i'm asking the waitress how long i still want to wait, the waitress only say sorry & ask us the take a sit. When i'm taking the breakfast, i only know actually waitress will introduce all the food for the tenant, but we dont have any one to serve us.

The opulence of the decoration is amazing, with every corner adorned in intricate mosaics and plush furnishings. Access to the areas is also very senior-friendly.
More accessible seating areas would be ideal.

Deserves its description and the World's most luxurious hotel 100%!
The check in procedure was not good.

The room, the life-size amenities of the Hermes brand. All very fine and a concern for details of exquisite and refined taste. The staff showing a constant friendliness and cordiality to make your stay exceptional. Everyone makes you feel like the most important passenger in the hotel. My hostess was Heart. Charming and delicate, she cared for us during our stay as much as Julia Shneider did. From the bellboy to the management are always at your service. Every hotel pales in comparison to the luxury of Burj Al Arab. They spoiled us.
Everything was fantastic. To mention that in our room a buzzing from the scale lighting was disturbing. We were offered to send an electric, truth is that turning off that light solved everything. we just wanted to enjoy our stay.

My experience was marred by an agonizingly slow check-in process. When we finally entered our room, it was not as luxurious as I had anticipated. The breakfast offering felt disappointing. The supposed 'chicken congee' was bland and lacked substance. An uncomfortable incident occurred when a staff member even touched my back unexpectedly, quite unsettling. Despite raising concerns, the apologies felt inadequate compared to the experience I had hoped for.

Our butler was extremely professional and helpful. Suites are very well design and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly.
Their dinning rooms are not as luxurious as their suites. The food and service can only consider average. As it tends to serve tourist groups. It brings down their standard as they cannot provide the service and the quality of their food.

Everything is good, especially the concierge who help us to book the evening safari tour. When the pickup came half and hour late, he spoke with the tour manager to let us have a complimentary tour. At the end we paid the driver half of the published price, but we were happy that the hotel concierge did his best to take care of his guests.
